The debut full-length from London-based genre morphing instrumentalists ASTROHENGE.
While it could be lazily described with phrases that have become somewhat tiresome and cliché within the instrumental contemporary metal scene, this is by no means another po-faced post-rock/metal band, more a lesson or even a reminder of great metal riff-o-rama. Yes, you could say it's cinematic and there are moments of epic-ness but at the end of the day this all about riff worship and what a lot of bands seem to have forgotten........fun!
A fixture on the London DIY, party and gig scene, ASTROHENGE have the unusual line-up of 2 guitars, keyboards and the octopian like skills of former EDEN MAINE drummer Kieran Iles.
"Bat-shit bonkers conkers, multi-genre experts with duel-fuel guitar-attack, 27,648 pedals, doom-organ and probably the best drum work of the weekend."

"Astrohenge are fucking unhinged and fucking good. Experimental, but not in a wanky, navel gazing, introspective way, they are experimental in a 'what the fuck am I hearing it’s really good oh its changed but it's still good’ way." Downtuned.net"
